Single-Origin Ethiopia Yirgacheffe — 250g

This lot comes from a small cooperative in the Gedio Zone, grown at 1,900 metres above sea level. We roast it light to preserve the delicate floral aromatics — you will taste white jasmine, bergamot oil, and a finish of ripe apricot. Best brewed as a pour-over or in a Chemex to highlight the clarity. We roast twice weekly in Plovdiv and ship within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag has a roast date stamped on the back.
